On 11 December 2025, the annual IBUILD 2025 awards ceremony was held in Kyiv by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. This is Ukraine's leading construction award, recognising the best representatives of the industry – companies that maintain stability in the market, support the economy and have made a significant contribution to the country's recovery.
For the second year in a row, Intergal-Bud received the title of ‘Developer of the Year,’ confirming its status as one of the most stable developers in Ukraine. During 2022-2024, the company became one of the market leaders in terms of construction rates and became No. 1 in terms of the number of completed buildings during the war, according to ratings by LUN, NV and Forbes. Last year alone, Intergal-Bud commissioned over 358,000 square metres of residential space — about 3,800 apartments in 20 buildings.
